dividends to be received and their payment opportunity.<\/p><p>The company's Dividend Policy refers to a payment of no less than 20% of the distributable profits obtained by the company in the previous year, which will be paid to the company's shareholders via dividend, after the agreements adopted by the Annual Mandatory Meeting, with the prior agreement of the company's Board of
