The Company\u2019s dividends policy establishes that Buenaventura shall distribute to its shareholders, on an annual basis, a cash dividend of at least 20% of the net earnings generated by its own operations and by the subsidiary companies in which it exercises control (understanding \u201ccontrol\u201d to mean a shareholding stake of over 50% in its capital stock). In the case of affiliated companies (those in which Buenaventura is a shareholder, but does not have control over them) a 20% shareholding stake shall be used for the calculation of said dividends, only in those cases in which cash dividends are distributed to Buenaventura.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
